Shipping and Delivery

Free shipping in NZ. Limited time offer.

Currently we only deliver within NZ, for international shipping please contact us and we will arrange something for you.

George Harrison uses a number of courier companies which depends on your location. All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Because of this, we recommend using a business address. Delivery usually takes 1-3 days depending on location. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for rural delivery. If your delivery is taking longer than expected please contact the courier company mentioned in your confirmation email first and quote your track and trace number.

George Harrison also offers a Click and Collect service. This is a free service that allows you to shop online and pick up in store. We recommend this if you need alterations or are not sure of your size and may want to exchange your purchase.

Returns and Exchange

If the product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All returns must be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.

Upon your order arriving, if it is not quite what you anticipated, you may return your order within 14 days (Monday-Sunday) for an exchange or store credit. Full price items may be eligible for a refund. If your return is after the return period, it will be accepted at George Harrison’s discretion. Shipping will not be refunded.

Returning your order by courier will be done so at your own cost. We will contact you within 3 days of your order’s arrival back to George Harrison to confirm the return. In store returns will usually be processed immediately. However please allow up to 3 days. Refunds may take up to 2 business days to be processed.
