This website is owned and operated by Atrium Textiles Limited trading as George Harrison, known together with its directors, employees, and agents as "We," "Our," or "Us". The person using, accessing, or purchasing from the George Harrison website is referred to as “You,” “Your,” or “the user.”
Access and use of our website is at your own risk and constitutes acceptance of, and compliance with, our Terms and Conditions.

Whilst George Harrison does their best to provide correct information, due to human error we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of all information posted on our website. The content of the website may contain typographical errors and inaccuracies and is subject to change at any time, effective immediately.
Prices online may vary from in-store prices due to special promotions or reductions and are subject to change. George Harrison reserves the right to change prices at any time without warning.
Products are sold subject to availability. Whilst we work hard to ensure timely and accurate accounts of stock, we do not accept liability for any faults, errors, or inaccuracies in product availability. Where products are unavailable you will be contacted and notified and will be offered either replenishment stock where possible, store credit, or full refund.
George Harrison produces their own product photographs and while we try to provide true representation, colours may vary from those on the website.
While George Harrison does their best to protect you and takes precaution where possible to prevent viruses, we are not responsible and accept no liability for any links to our website from third parties. The use of the George Harrison website is done so at the user’s risk.

Making an order
All purchases are made in NZD and include GST. After an order has been made a confirmation email including receipt and tracking number/courier company will be sent.
George Harrison has the right to refuse or cancel an order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order you will be contacted as soon as possible. Where possible you will be offered replenishment stock, store credit or a full refund.

Shipping and Delivery
Free shipping all over New Zealand. Currently, we only deliver within NZ, for international shipping please contact us and we will arrange something for you.
George Harrison uses a number of courier companies which depends on your location. All orders are tracked and require a signature upon delivery. Because of this, we recommend using a business address. Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days depending on location. Please allow an extra 1-2 working days for rural delivery. If your delivery is taking longer than expected please contact the courier company mentioned in your confirmation email first and quote your track and trace number.
George Harrison also offers a Click and Collect service. This is a free service that allows you to shop online and pick up in store. We recommend this if you need alterations or are not sure of your size and may want to exchange your purchase.
Returns and Exchange
If the product is faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. All returns must be in new, unworn condition in the original packaging with tags still attached.
Upon your order arriving, if it is not quite what you anticipated, you may return your order within 14 days (Monday-Sunday) for an exchange or store credit. Full priced items may be eligible for a refund. If your return is after the return period, it will be accepted at George Harrison’s discretion. Shipping will not be refunded.
Returning your order by courier will be done so at your own cost. We will contact you within 3 days of your order’s arrival back to George Harrison to confirm the return. In store returns will usually be processed immediately. However, please allow up to 3-5 days as refunds may take up to 3 business days to be processed.

Security
George Harrison does not share, sell, or otherwise distribute your personal information. On necessary occasions we may share your personal information with companies who provide services directly to us such as IT support.
